SHIPPING TERMS

We sell and ship plants during all the year, but we can have some delay when temperature are too hot or too cold.

It is not our responsability if:

-natural disasters damage tha package or cause delay.

-the costumers is not at home at the time of delivery and the box placed in storage.

-there are local, regional or state emergencies that cause delay on delivery.

-if damaged plants are not removed from the box within 1 hour from the time of delivery and nitified by photos to Diflora.

Our products will be shipped by courier at the address provided by the COSTUMER at che time of purchase and shipped no longer then 15 working days by receipt from the costumer of the confirmation E-mail by Diflora s.s. .

Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of plants.

Any request for changes in the shipping method may generate an additional fee, which will be invoiced separately and communicated by e-mail.

Generally we prepare boxes on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and your order  takes 3-4 working days to arrive.

We send to our costumers an Email when the shipment starts.

It is very important to sign the data correctly for the delivery and give us an address where someone can receive the box.

Based on the Seasons plants could be dormant or vegetative. Tropical plants will be shipped with heat box during winter season.

We choose your plant from our best and guarantee you healthy plants correctly labeled.

Damaged products or mismatch of packages: external damage or mismatches should be contested to the courier immediatly by affixing “ riserved withdrawal” on the accompanying paper and reported with A/R registered mail to DIFLORA società agricola semplice s.s., Via San Pio X, 138 35015 Galliera Veneta (PD).
Any disputes about the quality of our products should be comunicate to Diflora s. s. upon receipt of the box and checked. Otherwise we will consider our produts accepted.

Natural disasters is considered “causes of force majeure” and could cause delay on boxing and shipping.

Diflora is not responsible of the death of the purchased plants because we are sure of the upstream quality.

It would make no sense to ship dead or mailing plants, as the joy of your results is our satisfaction.
