Agriperlite, an inert substrate, enhances soil aeration for carnivorous plants. Typically mixed with 50% blond sphagnum peat, it’s chemically inert and inorganic, derived from volcanic rock (rhyolites and dacites). It expands up to 20 times its original volume and doesn’t support microorganism growth, making it microbiologically safe.
